Goths And Razorblades.

There is a hidden meaning to why Goths wear Razorblades.  Life is the pain and suffering we endure.  The Razorblade represents emotional, mental and spiritual pain.  Yes, we all do suffer physical pain as well.  But throughout Gothic songs, the Razorblade is a symbol of our endurances.  The blood that is spilt from our veins in life, means we are slowly losing our human energies.  We are all dying throughout this worthless existence.  Vampires also use the Razorblade as a metaphor of eternal suffering.  One Cradle Of Filth video shows a Gothic female using a Razorblade Violin Bow, to cut herself with.  She drags the Razorblade Violin Bow across her wrists.  This is also a symbol of the cruelty of life.
